Good Afternoon Year 4,

I hope you have all had a great week! This week has been full of fun learning. The children have transformed 'The adventures of a dish and a spoon,' into a fantastic playscript. They have also been working hard to solve money problems using the 'counting up' method. This method highlights finding the difference between two amounts. Lots of the children need to continue to practise this at home so your support would be appreciated.

Next week

Maths – We will be adding and subtracting fractions with the same denominator.

Science - We will be learning to classify different materials into their states of matter and explain how we know this.
